Sewer Line Repair & Replacement

Does your sewer line need to be repaired or replaced? The answer depends on the condition of your line and the material it is constructed with. If the line has one or two spots with problems, a repair can be done to fix the problems. If there are several problems with line it is usually more cost effective to replace the entire line with new ABS piping.

Our crews have extensive experience in residential sewer construction and understand how important it is to minimize the impact to your landscaping. We obtain permits for all repair and replacement projects and all work is inspected by city inspectors prior to completion. We offer both traditional excavation and trenchless sewer replacement services.

Traditionally sewer replacement requires excavating the entire damaged existing line and replacing the line with new ABS plastic pipe. Trench excavation is often the best and most cost effective option for line replacement when there are minimal landscaping obstacles, the line is less than 40 feet long, and the existing line has minimal grade. We have been doing sewer projects this way for many years and continue provide this service every day.

We are also capable of replacing sewer lines using trenchless boring & pipe bursting technologies. Trenchless sewer replacement may be the more cost effective option when there are major landscaping obstacles such as driveways, retaining walls, mature trees, utilities, and structures. Trenchless replacement involves excavating a small hole on each end of the sewer line: one at the point where the sewer leaves the home and another in the right-of-way next to the street. Specialized drilling equipment is then used to bore a hole between the two points and a new pipe is pulled through the boring. Connections are then made to connect the new line to the home and the main lateral. There is minimal disturbance to landscaping using trenchless sewer replacement.
